Retail Credit Solutions (RCS) is the preferred provider of Credit and Financial Services to a growing number of retailers and consumers in South Africa.
Odyssey provides a central view of all customer contact information as well as a complete process automation solution. The system retrieves information from various legacy systems and provides a GUI to the mainframe based, credit management system (Vision). Odyssey was the logical extension to the work that was done for DIAS. The system is currently deployed within the RCS Customer Services area. During the course of 2006 the system will be enhanced to integrate to the RCS IVR system as well as being extended to support business functions outside of the call center, such as Fraud, Remittance and General Management.
